Customer service is terrible. I needed to return the shoes to purchase another pair ( different size) not recognising my order number three day after contacting customer service and stlll no reply.

Het duurde al 3 dagen voordat het pakket bij jullie werd verzonden. Vervolgens heb ik in totaal bijna 2 weken moeten wachten op het pakket. Vervolgens was het plastic omhulsel zo beschadigd dat ik mijn eerste unboxing heb gefilmd om mij zelf in te dekken mocht het een gevecht gaan worden. De schoendoos in de verpakking was helemaal naar de getver en werd bijeengehouden door elastiek. De schoenen vielen er zo uit. Gelukkig waren die nog wel in goede staat. Maar aan de verzendverpakking en schoendoos te zien zou je dat niet denken. Ik bestel echt al jaren bij jullie schoenen en dit had ik niet verwacht. Maar, de kans is groot dat dit niet eens jullie fout is. Ik zag dat de schoenen in Frankrijk zijn gepost en met DPD werden bezorgd. En om eerlijk te zijn, had ik gezien dat jullie DPD als bezorgservice hebben gecontracteerd had ik de bestelling misschien niet eens geplaatst. En dat ligt niet aan jullie product maar puur aan DPD. Een waardeloos bedrijf. Bij hen is het schreeuwen in de wind, bij jullie komt het misschien wel aan. Geen idee wat trustville is of doet maar misschien mogen die ook een boetekleed aantrekken.

Envío muy lentos. Incluso me habéis mandado la encuesta y todavía no me ha llegado. No me parece serio para ser un trato directo con el fabricante. Si para cuando me lleguen no me valen, no podré cambiarlas por otra talla porque; no quedan o porque la promoción con la que compré el producto habrá concluido.
