Order was still not being processed more than a week later, expect better service from such a big company and no one was answering my mails when trying to find out the reason.

You have lots of shoes to choose from but not in every size. I have also bought shoes more than once that say the size is available so i purchase and then days later get a refund instead of the trainers I ordered. More stock and accurate stocktaking on the app would warrant a higher score.
