The delivery of the item was much slower than anticipated, with communications after ordering being very sparse. I contacted the customer service email and received an automated email in return, which seemed AI derived. I emailed back for further updates from a member of staff, which never came. I did eventually receive my order, although had no updates regarding the dispatch or tracking progress. The shoes were correct and arrived well packaged, although I felt that DC Shoes' aftercare is severely lacking, which appears to be the case for others after looking at reviews online.
Shoes are great but the box wasnt come all bashed

Dc are the the best skate shoes around
Wasn't clear that it would take a week for the shoes to ship. The shoes went down in price before they were shipped and before I was charged but I was still charged the higher amount. I contacted customer service to find out an ETA and to question the price and got a generic response back that didn't address or answer either of my questions. Really frustrating, will never order directly from you again.

Placed an order on 23rd January and the shoes were not delivered until 2nd February. The shoes which were delivered were not the ones ordered. I contacted customer services who replied saying they would look into this, but after 5 days there has been no further communication and our query has remain unanswered and unresolved. Delivery is very slow and after sales service poor.

No update on order placed over a week ago, thats still not been sent or delivered.
My trainers took over a week to arrive. I got the wrong trainers and queried it that day. Still have yet to have an outcome after messaging again. Poor customer service and still not the trainers I ordered but yet £65 out of pocket. Very disappointed.
