Good product, shocking customer service 
I received no confirmation email. I contacted DC Shoes. On numerous occasions but not once did you respond?! The shoes arrived after 3 weeks of placing the order. I did not think I was going get them based on your Trustpilot reviews and your appallingly bad customer service.
Very slow despatch/delivery, more than double the stated times in their terms and conditions. Customer service absolutely no help whatsoever.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for My Son one in a men's size 15 and one in a men's size 16. The size 15's were a good fit but the size 16 were infact size 8's so
I have returned them and I have not received a refund yet!!
Sizes have shrunk. My current size 42 DC shoes fit perfectly but I had to return the new size 42 and then you have the liberty to charge me for return for your error. I will never buy from you again.

Have always loved DC shoes. Although have found in the last few years that need to go up a size as they seem thinner than they used to be and that the rubber grip doesn't tend to be that great on wet floors anymore.

Never disappointed with DC Shoes. Been wearing DCs for nearly 30 years.
Delivery time was stupidly long and we started to believe we were never going to receive them. However shoe quality did not disappoint when they finally did arrive. Just don't buy these if you need them in a hurry.
