I love DC shoes, I have hip and knee issues so the way I walk wears soles down quickly. DCs tend to last me longer than any other shoe brand. Look great, comfortable, and long wearing!
Sizing is way off and my return hasn't been acknowledged
I have alot of high impact on my feet when riding my bmx dc trainers are very impressive they offer cushioning support and quality. Also the styling gives me nostalga from when I first started riding I feel dc are going back to there roots making a trainer with a function in mind for extreme sports. Keep up the radness dc. a pro bmx shoe would be sweet.

Very slow dispatch from Europe that was poorly communicated. I had to chase customer services for information. The UK site's linked contact form was in Dutch.
I have had DCs for along time and the new styles and colours are very attractive and decent prices
I bought three t shirts and I would love to give 10/10 because the quality is amazing and the fit is one of the best out there…..but only 7/10 for how slow the dispatch was and I had to chase it each time. Still if you appreciate amazing quality at an amazing price go for it. DC is worth the wait

The fact u made two orders on the same day.....one perfect came 2 days later. A week on still no updates at all about the first order I placed dispite even emailing and chasing up and they replied saying it get dispatched within 2 days from the UK or 3 days from Europe, yet both these times have passed and the orders not moved at all
It took nearly a week and half from placing the order to getting them delivered

Being unable to amend details once your order is done, but is still pending delivery. I have not come across this before. You said it was to make things easier for customers. In my opinion, it does not.

Shipping took weeka with no updates, they then sent the wrong size shoes and customer services dont get back to you. Absolutely useless, been buying DCs for 15 years and im giving up on them due to this shitshow

I've not even had my shoes a week and there's a rip in the front of my shoes I don't use them for any sports just walking I'm really unimpressed
My item took 2 weeks before it was shipped. The shoe sizes are very small, I usually wear a 4 or 4.5 UK these didn't fit I'm not even sure if a UK 5 would fit me. Shoes there self are very nice
My son loves DC's they look great and are comfortable and hard wearing but the clip that holds the Velcro has snapped on a couple of pairs so we have to use a carabiner. Would be good if the clips were more durable.

Poor customer service, order took a solid 7 days to be posted to the UK, no hint if it was coming from the EU store or the UK store even when I enquired the response was a classic copy and paste answer..... just let customers know where they are coming from not leave them guessing.... bit more customer care is needed as the trainers do make up for the snail delivery!
Delivery took ages, zero communication from the brand! Shoes needed to be returned and I'm still waiting on my refund.

Got DC Dixie's for my girlfriend who's never owned a pair of DCs before and not only does she look amazing in them, shes absolutely fell in love with them, style, comfort and easy on and off! She even looked smashing wearing them with a summer dress
