My order still hasn't arrived after 10 days and I have received no updates at all on delivery. I have a really disappointed daughter waiting for these shoes.
You sent them out with the address as only EH42 1GG, DPD sent them back to you on 11 June. I dont have my shoes you have my money and you have never updated me. I have emailed and then complained not even an acknowledgement from you. WTF is going on with your company! Email me and send me my shoes!
Never received my order/ tracking number they provided with dpd never existed (I contacted dpd for clarification) and after emailing several times I've had no response even after asking for a refund it's been an absolute joke would never advise anyone to buy from them
Order tracking showed as delivered when I hadnt received it. Contacted support. First response just gave me the same tracking link again. No response to my reply asking for a better response in four days
I am unable to review the items ordered as they have not been delivered even though I was informed of shipment. I have emailed dc shoes twice the latest of which I still await a reply. I will leave further review if and when I receive the items.
Absolutely shocking, took weeks to arrive . Very disappointed

Weil ich in den letzten drei Bestellungen zwei Reklamationen aufgrund von Materialfehlern hatte und einen Schuh aufgrund von Fehlbeständen gar nicht erst bekommen habe.
Ich werde jetzt die Marke wechseln.
