Two weeks later, no parcel, no help, DPD says it's still in process of delivery on app but on website says it's already been delivered. It hasn't been! Billabong have been no help. I'll never purchase from you again.

Eerst duurt het een week voordat de order verzonden wordt, vervolgens is deze niet compleet en wordt er gewoonweg gesteld dat het artikel niet voorradig is en geannuleerd wordt. Afstemming met de klant zou in dit hele proces beter zijn.

Product heb ik 2 weken geleden besteld, en het is nog steeds niet binnen.
Order took 17 days to arrive with no explanation. Shockingly bad customer service, when you email them you just get automated AI responses. No phone number to call. I won't be ordering from here again. When the item arrived it was poor quality with pulls in the fabric. Not what I expect for something that cost £100.
I'm still waiting for my order to arrive. No DPD updates and Billabong is not responding to my emails. I spent a lot of money and I won't receive what I ordered in time for when I need it.

Leider habe ich meine Bestellung unvollständig erhalten. Zudem ist der Retouren-Prozess sehr kompliziert und hat bisher noch nicht geklappt. Sehr schade, da die Bikinis wo schön sind.

In correct item received, reached out to customer service and still waiting for a satisfactory reply 4 days later, now it's the weekend! No phone number to contact just an online form which I filled out twice just so I could speed things up, I now have two ticket numbers for the same complaint. Terrible customer service.
