I ordered these shorts more than 2 weeks ago and still no sign of the order arriving…and no notification or apology or any comms at all on why so delayed and/or where the order is….

C'est bien taillé, les modèles sont super beaux mais il y avait un petit accroc sur l'un des débardeurs, et pareil au niveau des broderies.
I never received my order, tracking said delivered when it was not. Trying to speak to someone about this was just bloody hard work. I submitted at least 10 forms to which none was replied to by a human, just an automated response saying someone would get back to me shortly. The first was over a week ago. I will never purchase from these again.

I ordered two pairs of shorts but only received one pair. I have already contacted you regarding the missing item and have not received a response.
Unfortunately, the lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue has been very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from your company. I would appreciate an urgent update regarding the missing pair of shorts.
I've been in touch with customer service several times and not had a single response by a human to resolve my issue. Part of my order never arrived even though tracking showed delivered.
I am still waiting for my daughter's flip flops to be delivered. I ordered them on the 23/05/2026 and still waiting today on the 13th of June. I understand that they might be waiting for them to be delivered from the European depot but this is not really acceptable,

Tuve un problema para realizar una devolución y no me atendisteis por mucho que os escribí, un mensaje generalizado, no soluciona el problema. La mala atención al cliente es una de las mayores causas de rechazo hacia una marca.

I have not received all of my order and I have contacted billabong on multiple occasions now with absolutely no response at all. Absolutely terrible and non-existent customer service, money has been deducted from my account from Billabong but they have failed to actually send me my order! Will not be ordering again and also would not recommend anyone else making an order unless you want to have your money disappear into thin air

i ordered a package with estimated 3-5 day delivery and after 12 days still it has not arrived, and i dont get a reply from the helpdesk after several mails
I did not receive my order and after emailing three times I have not had any human support get back to me. It's impossible to get hold of the company so it seems.
