Parce que le service client est vraiment déplorable. Ils ne lisent manifestement pas les messages et envoient des réponses automatiques basées sur des mots-clés, sans rapport avec la demande réelle. J'ai dû demander trois fois à ce qu'on lise mon message, après trois réponses complètement à côté de la plaque, pour qu'un être humain daigne enfin le lire et me répondre (on m'a répondu par la négative, mais ça c'est un autre problème). Et pour couronner le tout, la réponse finale était désagréable, sans doute parce que j'insistais pour que quelqu'un lise enfin mon message… ce qui est quand même un comble pour un service client.
Site très fiable, produit conforme, livraison rapide.

Por qué no especifican bien si se entregó , entro a la página y me dice entregado, entre a consultas y me dicen que estoy hablando con la página de EEUU , pero cuando quiero consultar en la cuenta EU me redirecciona a la de EEUU , no sé entiende muy bien
