It's been 2 weeks and the order hasn't yet arrived. The tracking doesn't work at Billabong customer service doesn't reply. I did get an email offering 30% off my next purchase, but that's not any kind of compensation since I hope not to shop with Billabong again. It's a shame because the products, from experience, are good, but the service has been awful

Los productos ya los conozco (sobre todo los bañadores) y me parecen espectaculares en diseño, calidad, durabilidad y se adaptan a mi cuerpo siempre bien. El envío fue bastante rápido, también.
I have been trying to contact Billabong for support. Half of my bikini set is missing and online it says it got delivered. There is no ticket, no parcel, just a huge disappointment in losing my money. All my emails get automated replies and the helpline in the working hours is out of order too. I have never been this dissatisfied with a brand / customer service. This is my money that I've worked hard for. Who has the right to just take the money and not deliver my items?!

Des articles annulés après finalisation et paiement de la commande. Plus un article non livré alors qu'on me dit que oui. J'adore la marque mais je recommande pas du tout commande en ligne.
The item has not arrived. Billabong have not responded to me. I contacted DPD and they said billabong have not filled the shipment details so I can't complete security to find out where the parcel is
I made my order on the 6th June, it is now the 18th June and I have still not received it. The tracking is useless and the customer service is non existent. I would go out of my way to avoid using Billabong in any capacity in the future.

I have not received my order as there is a problem with the delivery with DPD. Billabong has not been able to help be so far. I am waiting for a reimbursement.
12 days after ordering it's still not arrived, and the tracking says it's “in transit”. Was meant to be for a present. Will now arrive late, if it ever arrives. Tried contacting customer service and they told me to just keep waiting.
