a que mi pedido no ha llegado y hace mas de 15 dies que lo pedí y nadie me da una explicacion.
ma sembra normale che per fare un reso devo pagare € 13,00 quando ho speso € 17,00 ? quindi € 4,00 di reso e considerando che va portato anche in posta, siete vergognosi a dir poco, non acquistate on-line Roxy perchè se dovete fare un reso è un disastro dovevo andare su Amazon che questo problema non ce l'ho mai avuto, mai più...

I would have given 10 if one of the items I bought hasn't been cancelled due to unavailability after I placed the order. Now waiting for the refund which seems to take longer than the initial payment. Otherwise five stars for speedy delivery

Je n'ai pas reçu le paquet , il a été à une adresse que je n'ai pas donné , je souhaite un remboursement
Commande demorcelee. Pas de nouvelles depuis plus d une semaine pour l”autre partie” de ma commande. Je précise j'ai du faire du forcing pour recevoir un article que j'avais repéré car la première fois, le site me l'avait “annulé”. Au final il fait partit d'un des seuls reçus…
Missing 2 items and no one is responding to my several emails I've sent. Extremely disappointed.
I was not able to have a proper conversation with customer service, my requests for contact were dismissive and no help Was given. It was very disappointing and once this issue is resolved - it is still ongoing - I will consider using other companies instead of Roxy in the future.

Usar SEUR para la paquetería es pésimo. Y que el contacto con el cliente de Roxy sean autocuestionarios en lugar de atención personal es un engaño. Para los discapacitados las direcciones de envío no son por comodidad sino por necesidad y hay fechas inamovibles para hacer regalos. Adiós Roxy, ojalá no la hubiera conocido nunca. Y a Seur me los tendré que seguir comiendo mientras haya empresas que siguen contratando.
