I love the product I received. However on the day it arrived, I then got another sale notification which the same coat was included at an additional 25% off sale items. So it felt disappointing to have missed out
It's very well made, has lovely material, beautiful pattern and its lined but not padded which made you feel decent but not bulky + it's doesn't feel as if it would fall off if you were swimming or surfing

Easy to order, well packaged, delivered quickly. Nice quality suitcase, will see how well it holds up when my daughter takes it on holiday. Quite compact able, and very lightweight.
Still not received my order after a week and no communication on when it will be delivered. Ordered ski trousers, going skiing in a week so probably won't get them in time despite ordering well in advance. I'm very unlikely to purchase from Roxy again to be honest.

Only one out of 3 items was delivered & your tracker showed none had been delivered at that time. Unhelpful. Then, weeks later you emailed to say the jumper would not be delivered. Still no refund for that. Then the 3rd item arrived. Poor communication & no refund yet!
Items were great but I contacted customer services regarding a delay in one of my items and have still not heard back. Seems like the whole process is very outdated.
It took you guys 4 days to send the order out - now too late - had to buy different kit for my daughter - disappointing- will have cancel/ return

Ordered as it says 2-5 business days…now at 7 and no delivery yet !
Could not make contact with anyone, minutes after I bought something I needed to adjust the address but just robot after robot, saying the same thing. Still waiting for package days after expected very worrying.

It wasn't clear how long it would take to receive the order. I ordered over a week ago and still haven't received it. It was for a trip I'm going on tomorrow so will all be returned.

Delivery and service as expected. Only issue was one item was not in stock and had to be cancelled.
An item is missing from delivery and there is no contact number to get in touch with anyone to speak to them about this.

Great colours though most are kinda odd words like nirvana but I haven't seen anything like Roxy blended colours anywhere. I can fit in the girls XXL, support was quick answering an email, beautiful designs, sale prices are fabulous
