Reached out to customer service on an update on where my order was, I had a return email within 2 hours & my order came 4 days later. Great customer service
Like the product, good colour and true to size
delivery took a long time and product was a completely different colour to advertised
I ordered a wetsuit in June I then received a refund in early hours of the morning so I ordered another wetsuit. I have returned both wetsuits. I asked to cancel my second wetsuit as the next day I received notification that it had been dispatched. I was told by customer services that this wasn't possible. I now am missing a large amount of money awaiting for this to return. Over 2 weeks ago I sent back one and no refund had been given. Very very very poor customer service and no support or replies to my emails.
There was no communication, no notice of shipping after purchase. I emailed to ask what was happening after a couple of weeks and had no reply. Eventually the order turned up. But only JUST in time for our trip. Until then, I had no idea what was happening or even the ability to cancel. 0 stars, would not recommend.

I would have given 10 if one of the items I bought hasn't been cancelled due to unavailability after I placed the order. Now waiting for the refund which seems to take longer than the initial payment. Otherwise five stars for speedy delivery

Good quality, lovely clothes for a good price
Ordered a suitcase with delivery date stated at time of order, then heard nothing. The day before I was expecting it I queried it via the customer service chat and it hadn't even been sent. About an hour after the ‘chat' I got a dispatch email and the suitcase arrived 3 days later…too late to take on the holiday it was bought for so returned.

Really quick and easy to order. Being a Roxy club member returns are free although slow. Still waiting after over a week of returning something not heard anything.
I was sent the wrong item which I returned and after 10 days have had no acknowledgement of the return or refund. Impossible to obtain a response from customer services.
