I was replacing a Roxy suitcase that I had bought maybe 20 years ago that has been well used and is only starting to show signs of wear now. I loved this suitcase (I had bought the complete matching set at the time!). And am happy to be replacing it with something similar. They are so unique looking and easy to spot on the airport luggage carousel!

Great styles of bikinis but your sizing is way out - I already have a Roxy bikini in my normal size and fits perfectly, but this new bikini is much smaller despite following your size guide!

I ordered the slider's and they took a long time to come. I messaged Roxy and apparently I got the American branch so they gave me a link and I got the clothes websites no word of UK branch. I messaged at the contact us bit anyway and no answer. I emailed a few times then eventually I approached PayPal to get my money back then out of the blue the sliders appeared. I like them so keeping but not great for the rest. I don't know if I'd buy from Roxy again. I had a pair of boots from year's ago so I do like them but their track record with the reviews aren't good and the delivery time's with no update is no use .
I ordered a bikini which was in stock. Subsequently the bottoms order was cancelled and you sent out the top. Not much use as a bikini! I have then had to pay to return the top and still haven't received my refund. Would not use again.
I can't return my items and you've given me no help. I've lost £157.00!!!!!

I received the incorrect wet suit and have emailed 3/4 times to try to arrange to sort it out and to send it back but I have no response on how to proceed.
