I haven't received the package, and not able to talk to anyone who can help me. I emailed you guys and no answers, no refunds and no bikini
Appalling customer service. I was sent different items to what I paid for. I have contacted them three times looking for the correct items or a refund and initially I was told someone would be in touch but 10'days and 2 more emails from me and I have heard no more.
The fabric, cut and quality of the garments was not of the standard I expected.
Item was true to photo and sizing was accurate.
The item ordered has not been delivered 11 working days since dispatch. I have contacted customer service twice and received only automated completely unhelpful replies.
The wrong order was sent, it's been 3 days and Roxy have still not dispatched my correct order or issued a refund.
Great products and timely delivery
I'm still waiting for my order. I got no confirmation but money has been taken out. I can't contact Roxy but I'm getting plenty of your sale emails. I know from the order status that's it's shipped but can't track it. No point in having a contact number when there is no one to man it. Worst customer service ever. So disappointed!!!!!

I had my last Roxy suitcase for nearly 20 years and it never did me wrong. I was very happy to purchase another one.
