Haven't received it yet..shipped 10 days ago and no updates
I can't follow the shipment. I don't know when is gonna arrive or even if it's on the way. The follow steps after the purchase are so confusing.
I had my last Roxy suitcase for nearly 20 years and it never did me wrong. I was very happy to purchase another one.
Didn't receive part of my order I've been trying to contact Roxy for a week and nobody is getting back to me!
I have still not received part of my order
I ordered two items and only received 1, even though it says 2 were dispatched, I can't contact a human only a robot with no explanation
