The wrong order was sent, it's been 3 days and Roxy have still not dispatched my correct order or issued a refund. 
Great products and timely delivery
I'm still waiting for my order. I got no confirmation but money has been taken out. I can't contact Roxy but I'm getting plenty of your sale emails. I know from the order status that's it's shipped but can't track it. No point in having a contact number when there is no one to man it. Worst customer service ever. So disappointed!!!!!

I can't follow the shipment. I don't know when is gonna arrive or even if it's on the way. The follow steps after the purchase are so confusing.
