Extremely slow response times on tickets and queries, I was sent the wrong size of shorts so had to dona return, still waiting for an order to be cancelled and a new replacement order shipped and its been 5 working days
My money came out when purchased then money went back in and nothing showing on statement I just knew by the amount. Customer service was absolutely rubbish! No update on if I was getting my order or nothing for nearly over a week! Money came out again and trainers were delivered that same day! Very confusing and very stressful. Will never order from this site again

C'est la deuxième paire que j'achète et j'en suis très satisfait. Le produit correspond parfaitement à mes attentes, le confort est au rendez-vous et la livraison a été rapide. Je mets 10/10 surtout parce qu'il est très difficile de trouver des chaussures à ma pointure (55). Merci de penser aux grands pieds, continuez vraiment à en fabriquer !

The shoes arrived and they were way too small so I have to return them, that's my fault. However I struggled to find any return information on the website and checked out as a guest which means I cover the cost. Maybe I missed it but a pop up when you open the site to highlight free returns when you become a member, would have made me sign up. I know you have a 15% off pop up as a member, which I also missed the first time. My friend ended up having to search for how to return my order for me as it became so frustrating!
