Order had wrong address on email confirmation. Customer services could not change it. Order was delievered to wrong address but fortuneately was refused and returned to sender. In the mean-time i had changed bank accounts meaning that my original card was no longer valid and customer services could not refund me !! So i have no shoes and no money !!

Bewertung geht an eure Wahl des Paketzustellers DPD und eurer Positionierung des Versandaufklebers. Das 3. Mal das die vollständige Adresse nicht lesbar war und das Paket 1,5 Wochen das Zustellzentrum nicht verlassen hat. Und immer muss ich das Paket dann q0km entfernt von einem Paketshop abholen. Besserungsvorschlag: adressaufkleber richtig positionieren und einen andern paketzusteller.

Es war zwar eine schnelle Lieferung und die Schuhe habe ich in gewohnter Größe bestellt aber die fallen sehr klein aus. Leider beide Paare. Umtausch ist nicht möglich ( was ich gerne gemacht hätte ) und die Rücksendung wird mit 8 !! Euro berechnet. Daher war dieser Einkauf leider ein Reinfall und bekommt die entsprechende Bewertung. Schade.
