Because I was not sent any notification of when it was going to be delivered & who by. Also the box was very badly battered which isn't good when you are giving it as a present !!

They are wrong size. I have asked for a return label. The process of getting one online is a rubbish amd now im sitting here 65pound down and a 0air of trainers for my daughters birthday that dont fit
Great products, fast shipping, no delivery fee for members (free to join).
The only downside is that they reel you in with coupon codes, which are never valid/have confusing terms. I even referred someone and never received the payout, so maybe don't bother with their affiliate thingy.
