Item never arrived and no in customer service is getting back to me!!!!!!
I ordered a pair of shoes and a t-shirt on Friday 29th May, to this date (Saturday 13th June) still have not received them. I contacted customer support who told me it could be up to 10 days for orders coming from Europe and helpfully, they sent me a tracking reference to my order, which does not exist. Will I order directly from DC again? Absolutely not, I could have got something of theirs from Amazon and had them within 24 hours and saved myself the trouble.

I haven't received my shoes. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and no notification on when they will arrive.

I have not received my order. The DPD tracking app says it was delivered, but I was home that day and never got the parcel. I have contacted DC's and all I got was an automated response telling me to be patient and wait the full 10 days for delivery. We are beyond that now and I have responded to say I still haven't got it and I haven't been replied to.
I still haven't received my order and am going to my bank on Monday to start process to recover my money

dpd said they were delivered on the 5th of june and they still aren't here. straight bullshit.
my order says delivered yet it's not here. i was not working on the day of arrival and nobody knocked there's no parcel out front and i out in my right postcode

the tracking says "delivered" but nothing has arrived and despite multiple emails to customer support, all i've received is an automated response sending me the same tracking link.

Der Versand hat ewig gedauert. Also bis das Paket überhaupt abgeschickt wurde. Da hätte ich viel mehr erwartet.
The package never came, I have tried calling DC Shoes and the number connects then says it's out of office times + even though it was well within the times stayed. I have emailed twice and not had a response. I have also tried to contact DC via Facebook twice. Again no response.
Customer service is sending automatic replies and not reading my messages as I have not received my order, DPD courier confirmed they returned back the order to yourselves due to no contact details. Your customer service is sending me the tracking link advising delivered but NOT delivered

I do. Not have my order and I am waiting to hear back from customer services to where my order is! Terrible service will never order from you again.

Leider wird nicht angezeigt wenn ein Schuh gerade nicht lieferbar ist oder ausverkauft, man kauft ihn und dann bekommt man eine Nachricht das der Artikel nicht vorrätig ist das ist doof. Man bekommt sein Geld sofort zurück also alles kein Problem aber trotzdem ist das nicht so schön gelöst.
Shoes never showed up, support contacted. Only told me there might be delays, however tracking shows shoes delivered.

I had purchased DC shoes on 24th of June and I still did not receive it. It is been more than 16 days..
It's not arrived despite saying delivered by DPD friday 5th I've been emailing for proof of delivery but no reply. Usually for text to say they are going to deliver and send a text to say delivered but nothing

I have not received my order and no one is attending to my complaint. How on earth do you order shoes, tracking says it's in transit to me. DC shoes sent an email saying order has been delivered.
