sizing is all wrong, and even when try to order more bigger sizes in one order, they don't arrive together. and then the second part takes weeks longer and no communication (still haven't arrived!). Then it makes returns hard because i want to send back all at once, but can't if half the order still hasn't arrived. I am literally hundreds of pounds out of pocket waiting for items to arrive AND waiting to be able to send them back.

I have been told my shoes were delivered. They were not. I have spent well over a week trying to contact customer service. The only replies I get are automated.
My board shorts haven't been received despite DPD saying they've been delivered. I've had no response from the customer services team to help track them down. The product is now showing as out of stock and if the ones dispatched aren't found, I won't get the product I wanted.

Poor customer service. Still not received my order and no one will respond to my queries about it having complained twice now. Sent me tracking information that is incorrect and suggests it has been delivered but the delivery company has never received it and says the order number isn't one of theirs. Tried calling and offices are always shut and will not respond to emails or enquiries. I will now need to seek through my bank to reclaim the payment as DC Shoes will not respond. I have shopped with them many times in the past but will not do so again in the future. Avoid at all costs.
