Your customer service is appalling. There's no way of speaking to a person. I reached out at least five times by email, the chat function didn't work and I tried via Facebook. I still haven't received the items and I'm leaving the country for three months tomorrow, with no idea when they'll arrive and no way of returning them. All your reviews are about your abhorrent customer service; you'd think you might do something about it.

Im Internet habe ich auf der Seite von Billabong ein T- Thirt gesehen ( Grundfarbe weiss mit rotem Print)was mir super gefallen hat. Das habe ich bestellt und behalten+ bezahlt. Aber das Modell hatte dazu eine Shorts an diese habe ich nicht gefunden....das hätte ich auch gern!
