Von einem bikini, den ich gerne gekauft hätte, würde mir bloß ein Teil geschickt. Da ich ihn so nicht tragen kann, hab ich ihn zurückgesendet. Das kostet mich zusätzlich zum Zusendeversand 8€. Das hab ich in keinem Shop bisher erlebt. Hätte ich mich mal besser informiert. Aber da bestelle ich nicht mehr.
Das UV Shirt hätte ich auch behalten, aber da ich eh zurück senden musste, hab ich es mitgeschickt, damit ich nicht so viel Geld ausgebe. Dann lieber diesen Sommer noch im alten UV shirt verbringen :( NICHT KUNDENFREUNDLICH.

I ordered three bikinis, and all of them arrived incomplete. I contacted support and received only a generic response. I wish to return all three items as they are small, but I am unable to do so as I have not received a substantive reply, and I will be traveling in two days. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the support provided.

I've wore Billabong clothes for years. I always feel smart when I've got them on.
One item I ordered wasn't the same as shown on the website. There has been no issues obtaining a return label to send itback. I've just got to get to an Evri pick up shop.

Je n'ai reçu qu'une partie de ma commande. J'ai contacté, le service client après une semaine d'attente du reste, ils m'ont dit que ça allait arriver, j'ai demandé quand, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse et encore plusieurs jours après ils m'ont envoyé un bas de maillot de bain sans le haut et le reste de ma commande a été annulée sans trop d'explication, alors que les articles sont encore en ligne.

La recogida en tienda fue extraña y lenta. Abrieron mi paquete para comprobar que estuviera correcto, sin preguntarme si me parecía bien. Me hicieron firmar un papel sin explicarme que estaba firmando.
