me falta un producto (el bañador de hombre) y no me ha llegado ningún correo informando de nada, el único correo me decía que me confirmaban que me llegaban los dos productos sin problema, luego no ha sido así. Además me cobrasteis los dos productos y luego me habéis retenido ese mismo dinero en el banco, 106€ cobrados y otros 106€ retenidos, sin sentido ninguno. Para colmo, el único medio para hablar con atención al cliente es por correo, hablo con atención al cliente para solucionar estos 2 problemas y responde, después de 3 correos y a los días, un robot de forma genérica sin dar solución ninguna, decepcionante por no decir más.

Was impressed wanted courdroy bum bag for holidays as had one years ago. Impressed especially for the price in sale.
Délais de livraison extrêmement long !! J'avais fait livrer mon article en point relais sur mon lieu de vacances après avoir fait confiance aux délais annoncés…. C'était parfait !! Sauf que l'article est arrivé après mon départ!!!! Il m'attend au point relais sauf que je suis à plus de 600km!!! J'ai envoyé un message pour avoir de l'aide sans aucune réponse !!!!! Mo. Qualité/prix. Livraison rapide
Les maillot et shorty néoprenes sont tres beaux et belle qualité. Enfin une marque avec de beaux coloris. J'ai juste trouvé le temps de préparation un peu long si je compare a la norme mais ça valait le coup d'attendre.

Mucho tiempo esperando el producto y ademas han cancelado parte del pedido por falta de stock. El pedido ha llegado a cachos. Dos conjuntos de bikini en tres paquetes y diferentes dias. Estoy esperando todavia el tercero.

Die Artikel tendenziell zu klein. Eines der Produkte hat sehr lange gebraucht, um versendet zu werden. Erst nach erneuter Nachfrage wurde es versendet und dann leider auch noch in der Post verschollen gegangen. Rücksendung aus der Schweiz kostenpflichtig.

The fabric quality and design of the clothes chosen was good but too oversized for me. I needed to return the top and shorts. I then realised that because the order came in two parcels I was going to be charged £5 for each parcel returned a total of £10 for one single order. I was horrified. The returns rules did not allow them to be sent back together saving on cost. You must send them separately. The process itself was unduly complicated and took endless enquiries with inadequate answers referring to online policies. NEVER again. Completely disillusioned with the organisation.
