Erst kommt nach der Bestellung gar nichts, keine Info oder ähnliches, dafür aber im gefühlten Halbstundentakt Werbemails. Dann schreibe ich an den Kundendienst, der geht aber nicht auf meine Frage ein, sondern sendet einfach einen Teil los (ich vermute sie haben im Hintergrund noch auf das dritte Teil gewartet, hätten sie mir aber auch einfach schreiben können). Im Endeffekt bekomme ich eine unvollständige Lieferung, bei einem von zwei Teilen die falsche Größe, und die Kommunikation mit dem Kundendienst eine Katastrophe. Bei den Preisen sollte man mehr erwarten dürfen.

Zwar coole Produkte aber schlechte App. Läuft langsam, sehr schnell alles ausverkauft. Lange Lieferzeiten. Nicht alles angekommen. Schlechter Support (Die Antworten die ich bekommen habe, haben nichts genutzt. Hätte ich auch nicht schreiben können). Hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück. Musste die Ware zurücksenden weil sie alle zu klein waren… Sehr viel Aufwand für gar nichts. Rückversand kostet (Ok Fair…) aber ich musste halt zwei Etiketten drucken. Einmal eures und einmal von der Post.

car vous avez envoyé ma commande 100423977 à une fausse adresse , que le paquet est reparti chez vous et que après avoir payé 98€ je n'ai toujours rien reçu! J'appelle cela du vol, d'autant que je vous ai envoyé des mails de correction pour vous simplifier la tâche.
