Love the brand and clothing but not the help from customer services. Even no reply at all or an unhelpful reply. I'd rather buy in store if I can

I order arrived missing 1 item a pair of black cord trousers I have been charged for them but as of yet have not had any response from roxy at all regarding the matter
Ich liebe alles von Toxy

Mauvais service client.

Sent wrong size. Haven't heard back to any of my emails to exchange and resolve. Poor customer service
Great site. Very easy to use. I would definitely recommend.
