A minha encomenda demorou muitos dias a chegar. Os produtos que comprei tiveram que ser devolvidos, um por ser o tamanho mais pequeno, no entanto fica grande para mim e o outro porque na sua composição tinha fibra e eu só posso usar algodão.

Reçu 1 article sur 2 , suite à ma réclamation on me répond que le dépôt à envoyé la commande complète, et que pour réclamation je dois faire une attestation sur l'honneur et communiquer le numéro AEN de l'article manquant. Je m'exécute, ensuite une autre personne me répond que le 2eme article sera envoyé d'un autre dépôt, et depuis rien. Plus aucun contact. Bien sûr on ne peut avoir personne au téléphone, c'est honteux J'ai commandé un haut de maillot ainsi que le bas assorti, 93€ l'article donc presque 200€ pour le tout. J'ai déjà commandé chez vous et jamais eu de soucis mais la je ne vous recommanderais à personne. Vraiment très déçue.
