Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, leider muss ich mich mit einer Reklamation an Sie wenden. Der Badeanzug in der Farbe Fuchsia, den ich bei Ihnen gekauft habe, ist mit einer deutlichen Ziehfäden/Zugstelle im Stoff angekommen. Dieser Materialfehler war bereits bei Erhalt vorhanden. Bei einem Produkt in dieser Preisklasse ist ein solcher Mangel absolut nicht akzeptabel. Ich habe eine einwandfreie Qualität erwartet und bin daher sehr enttäuscht. Ich bitte Sie um eine zeitnahe Klärung und um eine entsprechende Lösung (Ersatz oder Rückerstattung). Vielen Dank im Voraus für Ihre Rückmeldung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
