Order hasn't arrived. DPD have confirmed they cannot locate the parcel. I've emailed 3 times and been completely ignored and the stupid telephone number never works, always says closed no matter what time I call!!!! I WANT A REFUND ASAP AND AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WOULD BE NICE!!!! TERRIBLE, AWFUL SERVICE!!!!
