Ordered a Tshirt for my son. Arrived fine, but wasn't suitable. Tried to arrange a return online but it says my order number doesnt exist. Sent a message on the 14th, its been 10 days and Ive had no response.

Waited 14 days to receive the item and could not communicate with anyone but AI as your phone lines are conveniently cut off so I tried cancelling the order to end up receiving it anyways after my trip to France so absolute joke of a company and will never be shopping with you again .
The shoes were good once they turned up but we had to wait a couple of weeks for them to arrive. There was very little communication advising of delivery or dispatch times.

Puse que se me enviara a mi domicilio y me lo ha enviado a un punto de recogida, aun no he tenido tiempo para ir al lugar d recogida, ya qie con mis horarios de trabajo y el horario del punto de recogida son incompatibles.

Communication was poor. the delivery was slow. I lodged the customer service enquiry and you did not respond. You cancelled the delivery of the shoes which was the main item that I wanted.

Leider falsche Lieferung! Bestellung erfolgte nach Online Modell Angabe also nach Katalogfoto. Nach knapp einer Woche kam meine Bestellung an(Aus Frankreich, war mir auch nicht bewusst) Grad noch rechtzeitig zum Geburtstag meiner Enkelin. Dann das Entsetzen….das falsche Modell!!! Warum? Nach Aussage des Services,das bestellte Modell ist richtig, jedoch die Produktfotos sind falsch…..hä? Mir wurde ein Umtausch angeboten, Rücksendung (Bearbeitungszeit ca. 2-3 Wochen) oder Rabatt . Erst 15 dann 20%, welches ich auf Grund von Relation zum Aufwand sowie Bearbeitungszeit zähneknirschend angenommen habe, da die Enttäuschung meiner Enkelin eh nicht mehr zu beseitigen war.Fazit.: Da auch nachfolgend die Produktbilder und Bezeichnung nicht geändert wurden können wir diesen Shop nicht empfehlen. Man sollte sich im Vorfeld die Richtlinien gut durchlesen sowie versichern lassen das das gewünschte Modell vorhanden ist. Noch besser….im Laden kaufen
