I had an absolute night mare getting my item had to get Paypal involved to sort it sent many emails asking where my order was and zero response other than automated witch was useless took 2 weeks to despatch and only happened once I opened a case up with PayPal horrendous communication would not use again or recommend these where a birthday gift that arrived way too late

I did the first order on your swiss website, as someone stole my DC jacket (size XL) so I ordered a navigator jacket size XL (as I'm 188 cm almost 100 kg) and a shirt size L. The price was very interesting, and I always believe in placing a direct order, to sustain culture and brands, instead of doing it on Zalando. Both of them were enormous, gigantic, and I sent them back cause I would never wear them. Next time I'll buy whatever brand I find inside a physical store, as online shopping for clothes it's so inconsistent it makes it hard to trust sizes even from the same brand.
