My order has not been delivered and customer service just keeps giving me the same answer not resolving it. Terribly disappointed by this whole experience.
Placed my order on 30/5/26 and haven't received it as yet. The tracking information is saying it's been delivered and when I submit enquiries to Billabong, I just get an automated response. I've paid for an item I have not received and there is no help from customer support.
Have not received my order can't find out where it is

C'est bien taillé, les modèles sont super beaux mais il y avait un petit accroc sur l'un des débardeurs, et pareil au niveau des broderies.
I never received my order, tracking said delivered when it was not. Trying to speak to someone about this was just bloody hard work. I submitted at least 10 forms to which none was replied to by a human, just an automated response saying someone would get back to me shortly. The first was over a week ago. I will never purchase from these again.

Meine Bestellung ist leider immer noch nicht angekommen. Was aber hauptsächlich an DPD liegt. Ich hoffe der Kundenservice von Billabong kann das für mich lösen.
