He comprado varias veces en Billabong sin problema y a pesar de haber vivido una mala experiencia reciente con un par de artículos en su app han sabido recuperar mi confianza en mí última compra. Todo ha ido como esperaba que fuera , no he tenido que contactar con Atención al Cliente y he podido hacer un seguimiento real de mi envío. Quise volver a intentarlo porque su ropa me encanta y tienen descuentos especiales para miembros. Espero que sigan así
Ich habe nur ein Päckchen erhalten von zwei. Das zweite ist bei dpd verloren gegangen und angeblich zurück zum Absender. Sehr sehr ärgerlich.
Such poor communication regarding my delivery not coming after a week for me to chase to find out it's not even been dispatched, followed it up and never got a reply! Item came eventually but still never heard back from them and no comms on it coming late or why!
My order was placed and I paid for express shipping, I Sent 3 messages to customer care and it took over 3 weeks for my order to even ship.
The item is fantastic but the time it took to deliver was rediculous and was a birthday present that arrived too late . 2 weeks should have been ample time to receive this item .
Where can i start from?did a combined order pf approximately £200 billabong and quiksilver, I never received a confirmation of order for half of those and never been informed that those will be shipped together..the ones that have been sent from the UK warehouse arrived earlier than expected and I was not home to receive it.. Is been now 4 weeks that is with Royal mail and tracking says it is still in transit. Tried to contact Royal mail and no response Contacted Billabong and came back with an automated response, tried to contact them again so I can speak with a live agent and again no reply.. So so disappointing, been a client since a kid for more than 25 yrs and I WILL NEVER shop again..disgrace for such a legendary brand..
First, I've been a fan of Billabong since Junior High! Growing up in Santa Monica, California, the beach/ surf culture was everything! I love the designs on the tees and the material! Shopping on the Billabong site was a breeze and I will keep checking for new designs frequently. Also my order came very fast to my house!

De verzending duurde lang. Ik heb nog de klantenservice gemaild. Maar dat mocht niet baten. De 2 a3 was gewoon ruim een dikke week. En een gedeelte is gecanceld.

Tardo muchísimo en llegar, mucho más de lo que ponía, además me costó muchísimo ponerme en contacto con ellos para saber qué estaba pasando ya que en el buscador aparece el número de Argentina, hablé con ellos y en vez de darme alternativas o el contacto de España me dijeron que no es su zona, y en la web el contacto te redirige a una página “Not round”. Encima hubo un producto que no me enviaron, me avisaron días más tarde con que estaba fuera de stock. Un desastre, le doy algo de puntuación por la calidad de los productos nada más.

No he recibido suficiente información acerca de que mi pedido vendría en dos paquetes
El paquete está en Sevilla desde el lunes y todavía no lo he recibido. Parece que se ha perdido.

Het duurt ontzettend lang voordat pakket er is. Is ook niet duidelijk waar het is. Nu een mail van pakketdienst Mondial Relay dat het naar een ander pakketpunt gaat (welke weet ik niet). 2 weken geleden jurkje besteld voor mijn vakantie. Ik ga over 2 dagen en heb Billabong 2 mails gestuurd met de vraag of ze kunnen zeggen waar mijn pakket is. Geen reactie ontvangen. Echt. Nooit. Meer!
