Das Kleidungsstück ist super, die angegebene Lieferzeit wurde deutlich (+3 Tage) überschritten.
Ordered 4 t-shirts, one came in the correct time frame given. The other three I had to email you to send them. Then when I opened the package, one of the T-shirts was not what I ordered. It then has taken me 4 emails repeating myself for anyone to answer me, just to be told to send the incorrect t-shirt back but you can't send out the correct one. It's terrible customer service. Will not be recommending or ordering again.

No es la primera vez que me pasa, realice una compra de 5 artículos que estaban en stock y al cabo de un par de días me notificaron que 2 de los artículos estaban agotados y que los 3 restantes se enviarían en dos veces, uno de ellos a los pocos días y el otro unos días después. Otra que me ocurrió de un pedido de varios artículos nunca llegaron, y había utilizado un vale de descuento y todo y no haber recibido el producto se dio ese vale por utilizado.

Gebühren für die Retoure. Der Artikel, den ich zurückgeschickt habe war falsch ausgezeichnet. Außen auf dem Zettel 36 - in der Hose 34. Die Hose hatte in Realität die Größe 34. 36 hatte ich bestellt. Dafür 4€ für die Retoure zu verlangen finde ich unverschämt.
