Realicé un pedido de 3 artículos. Uno de ellos no estaba disponible por falta de stock, pero no me informasteis de ello hasta 10 días después, cuando yo ya había recibido el resto del pedido. Esta es una información que ya conocíais en el momento de preparar el envío.
Además, la devolución correspondiente a ese artículo nunca llegó. Cuando la reclamé, vuestra respuesta fue que necesitabais recibir y comprobar el artículo para tramitar el reembolso, algo imposible ya que dicho artículo nunca fue enviado.
La gestión ha sido muy deficiente y la experiencia de compra ha sido muy negativa. Os solicito que procedáis a realizar la devolución pendiente de forma inmediata, ya que el artículo no ha sido entregado y no existe ningún motivo para seguir retrasando el reembolso.
Quedo a la espera de una solución urgente.

I had an issue with my delivery address and I wasn't given a very good response. I did have a response and explanation which was not the person in customer service's fault but the system itself, as I understand it.
