14 days after you received my return no confirmation email or refund? Ignoring my emails just to make the situation worse than it needs to be

The company's customer service has been fantastic and I have always been happy with their products
Rapidité d envoi . Produit conforme

I think better description on swimwear
I did not get the bikini bottom at all, only the top was delivered to me. Although I paid and purchased both.

Extremely comfy flipflops and at a great price.
JE PEUX COMPRENDRE DES ERREURS, MAIS POUR LES RETOURS SOIT DISANT EN EXPRESS, JE N AI RECU UNIQUEMENT 1 ARTICLE! C EST UNE HONTE!
Speedy delivery with good notifications.
Encomendei umas sandálias e recebi uma toalha.
Love my Roxy Red Crossbody/Bum Bag. Good service.

Party of my order is missing and another one is still outstanding with no uodate
Sehr zufrieden

It's always annoying to receive a survey before the order. No comment on the order, currently stuck in France somewhere. Roxy you need to change what triggers these survey emails.
Calidad, precio, diseño y comodidad estrella. Una de mis marcas favoritas. Gracias

I have not received the product !!!
Bin rundum zufrieden
