Pues pedí 2 bikinis y solo me llegó uno, porque no había stock pero me meto en la web en ese mismo momento y me ponían que estaba disponible tanto la parte de arriba como al de abajo en la talla que yo había pedido. Vostros lo entendéis? Porque yo no.

Customer journey is echt slecht, emails in allerlei verschillende talen ik heb Franse, Duitse & Nederlandse mails gehad, geen antwoorden op vragen via het vragen formulier, geen telefoon nummer waarop iemand bereikbaar is. Verschillende pakketten ontvangen, retour aangemeld maar 1 retourbon ontvangen en op de website valt dan te lezen dat het apart verstuurd moet worden. Hoe dan als ik maar 1 retourlabel heb ontvangen??

seule une partie de ma commande a été envoyée, le reste ayant été annulé. Aucune information ne m'a été communiquée au préalable pour savoir si je souhaitais un remplacement ou recevoir ma commande incomplète. Or, il s'agit d'un maillot (haut + bas) : m'en avertir avant l'envoi aurait été plus correct.
