Package never arrived and no customer service!

I have been trying to contact Billabong for support. Half of my bikini set is missing and online it says it got delivered. There is no ticket, no parcel, just a huge disappointment in losing my money. All my emails get automated replies and the helpline in the working hours is out of order too. I have never been this dissatisfied with a brand / customer service. This is my money that I've worked hard for. Who has the right to just take the money and not deliver my items?!

Des articles annulés après finalisation et paiement de la commande. Plus un article non livré alors qu'on me dit que oui. J'adore la marque mais je recommande pas du tout commande en ligne.

Perché è arrivato tutto in poco tempo
Ordered the 2nd of June. Never turned up, tracking says delivered and can't get a response from customer services.

The package had never been received! Shocking!
The delivery was super quick and the quality and style of clothing is always spot on.
The item has not arrived. Billabong have not responded to me. I contacted DPD and they said billabong have not filled the shipment details so I can't complete security to find out where the parcel is
I made my order on the 6th June, it is now the 18th June and I have still not received it. The tracking is useless and the customer service is non existent. I would go out of my way to avoid using Billabong in any capacity in the future.
El pantalón llegó con un bolsillo descosido. Para nada la calidad que esperaba de Billabong que hace unos 20 años que soy cliente vuestro.

Customer service has been shocking. Item never arrived yet no-one is responding to messages about it. Automated chatbots are incorrectly answering
I have not received my order as there is a problem with the delivery with DPD. Billabong has not been able to help be so far. I am waiting for a reimbursement.

12 days after ordering it's still not arrived, and the tracking says it's “in transit”. Was meant to be for a present. Will now arrive late, if it ever arrives. Tried contacting customer service and they told me to just keep waiting.
I ordered a bikini set and only the top arrived. I contacted customer services over a week ago and haven't received any response

Item not delivered (no refund), dreadful near non-existent customer service (ignored), will not buy off this site again.

I did not receive my item. Customer service is not at all helpful, just pushing responsibility to courier. I could not contact courier too as I do not have an account with them.
