Habe eine komplette falsche Lieferung erhalten, nichtmal von Billabong sonder von Boardriders. Da müssen im Versandhause wohl 2 Pakete vertauscht worden sein . Auf E-Mails wird einfach nicht mehr geantwortet… Sehr schlechter Kundensupport

I've ordered 3 shorts of the same product only in different colours, but 2 of them came in the wrong size and despite multiple follow ups I still haven't heard back from the customer care team about refund or returns! Very poor service, hugely disappointing!

Ich finde Klamotten schön und warm aber sehr schade, dass sie 100% polyester sind und in China produziert werden.
Ich weiß es ist Recycling aber irgendwie stört es mich ein wenig, dass es dann pro Pullover trotzdem 100€ sind.

2018 hatte ich Billabong zufällig in einem Laden entdeckt und einen Anorak gekauft den ich immer noch gelegentlich trage. Von der Qualität bin ich so begeistert, dass ich immer mal wieder nach Anoraks geschaut und kürzlich endlich wieder eine passende gefunden und gleich gekauft habe. Perfekt für Frühling und Herbst! Toller Schnitt und super verarbeitet, sehr gute Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Obwohl ich keine Surferin bin schaue ich immer wieder gerne auf der Website vorbei.
