Volle Punktzahl hätte ich vergeben, wenn ich bei einer Express Bestellung mit Aufpreis meine Ware auch Express erhalte und nicht ein Woche später. Dienstag bestellt und Montag darauf erhalten für 15 Euro mehr ist ne Ansage und muss mit 3 Punkten Abzug bewertet werden.

My order never arrived, contacting customer services was difficult and emails were automated replies. DC Shoes need a live chat function for UK residents. I will not buy from here again and wouldn't recommend, I am still waiting for a response from another complaint email as the first pair of shoes fell apart, still waiting for a resolution 4 weeks later!

Ordered on the 21st May and had to chase up DPD who said it had been returned to DC Shoes, sent several emails to chase my order and had no response, had to go hunting for a telephone number who said its been returned and had to have a refund and a discount code, but surely it'll happen again
I have still not received my order and no one is replying to my emails asking for help with the issue.

For the second time using this website, no order received, odd DPD tracking. Looks like a social media scam to hold on to customers money while they argue. So glad I used PayPal and got my money are the shoes were out for delivery in Holland for a week!! I live in the UK!!
La paire de chaussures est conforme à la commande et le délai de livraison carré. Seul hic, il faut demander la facture (pas dans la boite), reçue en anglais.

My order hasn't arrived yet
7 days after shipping an the parcel is marked as delivered by DPD but without evidence and nothing has arrived. DC Shoes ignored me for a week and have since said they will look into the matter. 24hrs later and no information. This is quite simply the WORST experience of online shopping I've ever had. I'm left with no alternative than to instruct my bank to reverse the payment. DC's lack of response or even an apology is totally unacceptable.

Dispatch time was very slow. Customer service was mediocre. If I had the option to get the style I needed from a third party retailer I would have.

Part of my order was cancelled, then the rest of the order never arrived. There was no contact from customer support. I had to search online for an actual number to call. You were unable to resend my order and asked me to place a new one. The items I chose were on sale but aren't anymore so there is no chance.

DPD has claimed to delivered my order but has not, and DC are ignoring my emails, and they have no contact number to actually talk to someone to get this resolved, I don't think I will ever get my order or my money back, will never buy a product from them again and would advise anyone against buying from them aswell, because of your parcel goes missing your left out of pocket

I haven't received my order, it's showing as delivered but when I contacted dpd they said it has never been into the UK, they sent it to Netherlands and back to Belgium, I can't get in contact with anyone from the company after sending numerous emails, so dont know when i will receive refund, iwill never purchase from here again.
