Still not received my order after a week and no communication on when it will be delivered. Ordered ski trousers, going skiing in a week so probably won't get them in time despite ordering well in advance. I'm very unlikely to purchase from Roxy again to be honest.

Me gusta la marca, pero debo decir que que las cancelaciones hechas por la marca por falta de stock y la devolución del dinero a raíz de esto dejan mucho que desear. Es un poco locura, te cobran demasiado, luego te devuelven demasiado, luego te vuelven a cobrar a saber que, no está nada claro, me tengo que poner a hacer cuentas, para ver que ha pasado. Me han vuelto a pasar un cobro y no te especifican nada.

Article en bon état mais sachet plastique d'emballage scotché avec 3 petits pauvres bouts de scotchs, ça ne fait pas sérieux du tout. On aurait dit que l'article avait été déballé avant.

Only one out of 3 items was delivered & your tracker showed none had been delivered at that time. Unhelpful. Then, weeks later you emailed to say the jumper would not be delivered. Still no refund for that. Then the 3rd item arrived. Poor communication & no refund yet!
