Ich habe einen Gutscheincode eingegeben welcher abgezogen wurde aber beim bezahlen wurde mir der Preis ohne den Code abgerechnet. Auf meine Email diesbezüglich warte ich immernoch!
Helft van de bestelling is niet geleverd, en de support is echt slechter dan slecht. Alleen bereikbaar via het contactformulier, geven alleen antwoorden die in de FAQ's van de website staan, totaal niet klantgericht. En ik wacht nog op de terugbetaling van het deel wat ik retour heb gestuurd en al is ontvangen door Roxy.

I ordered a wetsuit in June I then received a refund in early hours of the morning so I ordered another wetsuit. I have returned both wetsuits. I asked to cancel my second wetsuit as the next day I received notification that it had been dispatched. I was told by customer services that this wasn't possible. I now am missing a large amount of money awaiting for this to return. Over 2 weeks ago I sent back one and no refund had been given. Very very very poor customer service and no support or replies to my emails.
I have not yet received what I ordered. I got someone else's order. Customer service are 0 help
Der bestellte Surf Poncho wurde nicht geliefert mit dem Argument, dass er ausverkauft sei. Ist aber weiterhin im Webshop erhältlich. ???????? Gibt zum Glück noch andere Hersteller und Marken!

There was no communication, no notice of shipping after purchase. I emailed to ask what was happening after a couple of weeks and had no reply. Eventually the order turned up. But only JUST in time for our trip. Until then, I had no idea what was happening or even the ability to cancel. 0 stars, would not recommend.

La empresa de transporte ha sido nefasta. Me mandaron un mensaje diciendo que no me habian entregado el paquete porque no había nadie en casa cuando estuve todo el dia en casa y además se queda registrado si alguien llama al porterillo. No me han dado ninguna forma de volver a contactar con ellos y no se donde esta el paquete
