Took over 1 week to confirm the order, took over 10 days to deliver. I think you only confirmed the order after I followed up. Product seems to be pretty good. Just dont expect good customer service.

Bad communication. No email to say delivered. Left behind a bush for 4 days as had no idea delivery had happened. Ordered another pair before these ones and haven't got them. Emailed asking if right colour was being sent as pic was different in confirmation order email and got an email back that made no sense. Just generally a bad experience.

Communication was really good and my trainers soon arrived
A line was missed from the address. Tried to message you twice through the website with no response. No phone number or email address to contact you. Been 3 weeks since ordering placed and two weeks since it was shipped and Item hasn't arrived.
I am getting nowhere with a dispute I raised. Apparently the parcel was left outside and I'm told it's been delivered. It wasn't. I have checked around with neighbours and no one has seen it. I have sent various emails only for them to be ignored.
