o óculos é torto em um lado , não fica certo no rosto o case é uma caixinha de papelão não veio pano pra limpar as lentes . as lentes eram pra ser polarizado. achei o produto de péssima qualidade pelo preço que paguei

Mais expédition/livraison compliqué, en + du retard, le haut et le bas ont été expédié en deux fois, par deux transporteurs différents, ce qui a causé des problème lors de la livraison en boutique qui s'est enmmelé les pinceaux, heuresement qu'ils ont été compréhensifs et m'ont fait confiance

When attempting to return the item, the automated AI response didn't recognise my order number. Every response was automated and after hours of trying I gave up. Just a continual ai response on how to do a return. I hit 9 attempts giving feedback each time. Do not understand any circumstances use Billabong online.

Car j'ai commandé un produit qui finalement n'était pas en stock donc j'ai un bas de maillot sans haut assorti et je n'ai jamais reçu de retour à mon mail. Dommage car les maillots sont très beaux et de bonne qualité sinon
It was never delivered to me! I contacted customer services twice and still no one has got back to me (12 days later). NOT happy!!

Ordered a pair of shorts. It has been 2.5 weeks and they still haven't replied. No reply to any emails. Tracking is ambiguous about the status of the order. I had a generic email saying there were delays with courier and offering a discount code, but why would I use this given my experience? Very disappointed by Billabong and won't use them again.

It's a joke you didn't deliver a parcel yet , 3 weeks after I placed my order and asking for product review; raised a query on the website and no one responded yet as well ;
Order has still not arrived after 2 weeks and I have had 1 email saying the order is being ‘closely monitored' but with no real information. Customer service are very slow to reply. I thought Billabong was a reputable company but my experience has been terrible.
El material de la prensa no coincide con lo anunciado en la web. Pone que es 100% algodón pero la prenda que ha llegado es mitad algodón y mitad poliéster.
