Pas de nouvelles pendant plusieurs jours sur ma commande. Commande réalisée grâce a une date de livraison indiquée mais non respectée. Je peux entendre qu'il y ait des sujets de logistique mais ici billabong n'a fait aucun suivi

La talla que siempre uso se me cae literalmente y una menos es muy apretada ademas viene la bragueta con un defecto de cosido, hay que descoserlo para ponerlo y queda marca de zurcido, una decepcion.

He comprado varias veces en Billabong sin problema y a pesar de haber vivido una mala experiencia reciente con un par de artículos en su app han sabido recuperar mi confianza en mí última compra. Todo ha ido como esperaba que fuera , no he tenido que contactar con Atención al Cliente y he podido hacer un seguimiento real de mi envío. Quise volver a intentarlo porque su ropa me encanta y tienen descuentos especiales para miembros. Espero que sigan así
Ich habe nur ein Päckchen erhalten von zwei. Das zweite ist bei dpd verloren gegangen und angeblich zurück zum Absender. Sehr sehr ärgerlich.
Such poor communication regarding my delivery not coming after a week for me to chase to find out it's not even been dispatched, followed it up and never got a reply! Item came eventually but still never heard back from them and no comms on it coming late or why!
My order was placed and I paid for express shipping, I Sent 3 messages to customer care and it took over 3 weeks for my order to even ship.
The item is fantastic but the time it took to deliver was rediculous and was a birthday present that arrived too late . 2 weeks should have been ample time to receive this item .
Where can i start from?did a combined order pf approximately £200 billabong and quiksilver, I never received a confirmation of order for half of those and never been informed that those will be shipped together..the ones that have been sent from the UK warehouse arrived earlier than expected and I was not home to receive it.. Is been now 4 weeks that is with Royal mail and tracking says it is still in transit. Tried to contact Royal mail and no response Contacted Billabong and came back with an automated response, tried to contact them again so I can speak with a live agent and again no reply.. So so disappointing, been a client since a kid for more than 25 yrs and I WILL NEVER shop again..disgrace for such a legendary brand..
First, I've been a fan of Billabong since Junior High! Growing up in Santa Monica, California, the beach/ surf culture was everything! I love the designs on the tees and the material! Shopping on the Billabong site was a breeze and I will keep checking for new designs frequently. Also my order came very fast to my house!
