If you're in the market for a sleeveless jacket, congratulations - this one is for you! If, however, you were hoping for a winter jacket with sleeves that actually stay on when you want them on, keep scrolling. For the price, this was a seriously disappointing purchase. When the sleeves are attached, there's no proper closure to secure them, so the sleeve zips immediately undo themselves every time you put the jacket on, lift your arms, or stretch forward. The result? Sleeves that try to escape on contact. Unfortunately, I removed the tags and wore the jacket as I had purchased it just before my winter holiday and needed a jacket at the time - otherwise, I would certainly have returned it. Very frustrating, very impractical, and completely unexpected from Roxy - a brand I usually trust to get the basics right.

La commande a été enregistrée et prélevée 2fois, j'ai demandé l'annulation d'une des deux commandes je n'ai eu aucune réponse et ça fait déjà plus d'une semaine

Je suis très mécontente de cette marque. Cela fait plusieurs mois que je ne commande plus et ma dernière commande était là uniquement pour dépenser les points fidélité. La qualité n'est pas toujours au RDV, la coupe n'est pas toujours ajustée, les tailles sont peu fiables et le service client est une horreur. Mon colis de juillet que je n'ai jamais reçu, n'a jamais été remboursé. Impossible de le mettre en point relais et il a "disparu", service client lamentable. Pour toutes ces raisons j'ai fortement diminué mes commandes. Je finirai sans doute par bannir cette marque.

Tout était parfait
Krijg pas 3 weken na een vraag antwoord, een artikel retour gestuurd 3 weken geleden, nog geen terugbetaling en geen reactie op een verzoek. Slecht bereikbaar. De producten zijn heel goed maar ga niet meer bestellen bij deze webwinkel. Zit nog te eqc het en op terugbetaling.

Porque quería hacer una compra más y me anulasteis mi pedido. Pero como esta sudadera volvió a aparecer, la volví a comprar y volvisteis a cancelar. Estoy muy decepcionada
