Reached out to customer service on an update on where my order was, I had a return email within 2 hours & my order came 4 days later. Great customer service
Delivery is not even completed yet. Received only 1 item of 4 ordered, and it has been 2 weeks now since I mde the order. This is crazy long for an online retailer.
I love Roxy and all the surf brands as I grew up in Santa Monica, California all my life since I was in Junior High School. I was happy to see that there was a Roxy store that carries all the brands I love! I purchased a few tshirts and a cute Roxy sweatshirt for Fall season. Most of all, the staff in the store were very sweet, friendly, and helpful the whole time . I'll be back again very soon!

No lo he recibido todavía!
Me gusta la calidad y el estilo
Guter ablauf, schnelle Lieferung

I ordered a wetsuit in June I then received a refund in early hours of the morning so I ordered another wetsuit. I have returned both wetsuits. I asked to cancel my second wetsuit as the next day I received notification that it had been dispatched. I was told by customer services that this wasn't possible. I now am missing a large amount of money awaiting for this to return. Over 2 weeks ago I sent back one and no refund had been given. Very very very poor customer service and no support or replies to my emails.
I have not yet received what I ordered. I got someone else's order. Customer service are 0 help
J'adore
There was no communication, no notice of shipping after purchase. I emailed to ask what was happening after a couple of weeks and had no reply. Eventually the order turned up. But only JUST in time for our trip. Until then, I had no idea what was happening or even the ability to cancel. 0 stars, would not recommend.
Happy with my new flip flops, delivery took a bit longer than expected
