The ski selection within the Platinum package was not as diverse as expected. When paying for a top-tier package, there should be more than just two brands of all-mountain skis available for demo. A broader selection would better reflect the premium nature of the offering and provide greater value to guests choosing the highest level package.

Réservation faite du vendredi au dimanche Je téléphone pour dire que nous arrivons le vendredi fin de journée pour récupérer les skis que j'ai fait exprès dz réserver dès le vendredi même si journée perdue car sur le site il était marqué que c'était que des retours Cela n'a pas manqué alors que la réservation été bien payé pour le vendredi on a failli ne pas en voir la couleur Le tout reçu par une personne peu aimable qui nous a hznrillement dit qu'il aurai fallu venir les chercher le matin (merci mon brave monsieur mais nous aussi on a un métier)

VERY VERY BUSY - Felt a little like a production line when collecting - upside was technical measurement of boots - downside (maybe because was VERY VERY BUSY) no chance to discuss equipment choices bespoke to individual desire . Solution - may be offer different times of collection for personal treatment ( and maybe a charge ( or by registering as an Intersport Member )
