La caissière a compté deux fois le produit. Elle ne savait pas faire le remboursement et comme il était 18h50, elle m'a dit de revenir le lendemain. J'ai donc gaspillé de l'essence pour retourner à Adopt le lendemain pour me faire dire que le remboursement est impossible et que je peux obtenir seulement une carte cadeaux. Il s'agit pourtant d'une erreur de la vendeuse. Je trouve cela inadmissible. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé...
