Parce que cette fois, la dame qui s'est occupée de moi à été charmante, calme, posée , à pris le temps. Quel changement du noir au blanc face à ma première qui s'est avérée la dernière face à du personnel totalement incompétent. Je vous avais d'ailleurs fait part de mon mécontentement. J'ai toutefois décidé de retester votre boutique et là changement radical. Coup de chance ? Je ne sais pas...donc pour augmenter ma note il me faudra plusieurs visites concluantes.
