So The size was a halv size to small. I want to return at get a half size bigger. But then you take 240:- in return cost even though Im a member. and price has gone up from 699 to 999. So this means the shoes will be 1239:- in the end. Are you serious? This cant be right? No reply from customer care what so ever. I would avapid at all cost.

Une semaine après ma commande, je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. Je ne note pas le produit, que je n'ai pas encore reçu, mais bien le service. D'après le transporteur, le colis est toujours chez l'expéditeur. En commandant sur votre site, je m'attendais à un service de qualité, mais cela n'a pas été le cas. Je ne pense pas renouveler l'expérience. Aucune communication concernant ma livraison, alors que je reçois en revanche 2 à 3 newsletters par jour.

J'ai placé ma commande, payé, le service de livraison DPD a déclaré avoir livré mon colis dans une commune située à 30km de chez moi. Les services clients DPD et DC ne répondent pas. Me voilà sans chaussures et sans mon argent.

I've sent multiple complaint emails about how my order was handled and I am yet to receive a reply. I placed my order and they refunded my order about a week later without telling me why, then 5 days later they took the payment again and sent out my order. I'm furious as there was a whole 5 day window that I could only assume my order was cancelled. With the money that was refunded I then bought some boots elsewhere only to be left out of pocket when you took the money again. The complete lack of communication through this whole process has been incredibly unprofessional from such a highly reputable company. I want answers.

Meine Bestellung wurde von DPD angeblich vor der Haustür abgelegt, aber es lag nichts vor der Haustür. Mein Paket ist weg und ich habe meine Bestellung nicht erhalten. Service von DPD ist schlecht!
