I never received them even though dpd said delivered, i contacted 3 times and didn't get a reply so instructed my bank to recoup costs. I have always loved DC and Volcom Shoes but I will find alternatives in the future

I have not received my order. I have sent two emails to chase but ended up going to DPD to chase. My order has been returned to you due to a customs error and never entered the UK. At this point I requested a refund and ended up getting an email to tell me my order was delayed and still on its way, but no refund/cancellation.

It isn't specified that you may have to wait longer for some items to be shipped over from another country which may cause delays in recieving your full order. Though the delivery is fast if coming from the same country you actually live

Shoes have not been received, no customs information was provided with the parcel so they never left Belgium. Emails to DC have been completely unanswered other than automated responses.
