Most of order cancelled. Only aware of cancellstion after I chased the order because I had no communication in over 1 week. Only chatted to Ai bot. No apology. Really disapointing experiance.

Wasn't able to choose delivery date for an Express Delivery as no option. No UK customer services phone number just an email with a response after emailing that gave delivery date charges in Danish Krona despite living in UK to change to next day etc! Tried emailing again and got a response from customer services team that they were overwhelmed with enquiries and to not send a request again! My request was simple to Customer Services, to change the delivery date as we were away on hols. It was clear the response from customer services were based outside of UK re email address and poor English lang response. Only customer services phone no. available was in the USA. If a retail provider supplies to the UK they should have a UK customer services email and telephone number to respond to enquiries pre and post sales. Whilst Loving Billabong designs and historical quality of clothes they need to overhaul their website with different home delivery options, local customer services contact number and email etc. Also noted the quality of online product descriptions also needs an overhaul. As an example searched for denim jeans with stretch and got results for just plain cotton, elastic mix and lycra but no idea of percentage in detailed description. Given these are some of their highest value retail items for sale I'd expect far more esp. from the Billabong brand. I'd also expect to see social care and responsibility as to where their products are made. If Billabong want to retain and build a stronger brand they need to address the above as soon as possible.

Die App sollte noch ein paar funktionieren der Website haben, Z.b. Tracking etc. und ein bisschen übersichtlicher sein Z.b. der Zusammenhang mit Boardriders etc. dann wäre es perfekt. Das bestelle ist super und reibungslos.

Der Versand über dpd ist eine Frechheit, das Päckchen wurde 2km entfernt bei einer völlig anderen Adresse und Namen abgegeben. Wenn der Versand weiter über dpd läuft , kaufe ich online nicht mehr

Pour 2 raisons la première c'est que vous ne vendez pas directement les ensembles de maillots de bain haut et bas la seconde la disponibilité des articles pendant les soldes et si le haut est dispo le bas ne l'est pas ou inversement
