After 18 days the goods have not arrived!
Awful customer services. I've made contact through their online form many times as 1 parcel hasn't been delivered but I have been charged for it. Order was placed in May and all I get is an AI response saying to wait 10 days as delivery comes from Europe. Won't be buying from Billabong again.

My order was not delivered and I have had no response from Billabong customer service despite sending several requests for support. I would not recommend purchasing from Billabong.
I still have not received 2 of my items from my order even though I have chased your company and you have charged the full order amount to my credit card. I have contacted your customer care team and they have still not confirmed when the items will be dispatched. It is now over 2 weeks since the order was placed.

My item wasn't delivered. I told them this and they literally just returned the link to DPD that said it had been delivered. No help at all . £27 for a cap for a birthday present . May as well have set fire to the money.
Love the products, just not having a great experience returning an item that I ordered. It would appear that I can only return my item to one of 4 locations in Dublin which is bonkers. When i queried this on you help chat it kept directing me the US help and they can't help me so I'm stuck.

Realicé un pedido de 3 artículos. Uno de ellos no estaba disponible por falta de stock, pero no me informasteis de ello hasta 10 días después, cuando yo ya había recibido el resto del pedido. Esta es una información que ya conocíais en el momento de preparar el envío. Además, la devolución correspondiente a ese artículo nunca llegó. Cuando la reclamé, vuestra respuesta fue que necesitabais recibir y comprobar el artículo para tramitar el reembolso, algo imposible ya que dicho artículo nunca fue enviado. La gestión ha sido muy deficiente y la experiencia de compra ha sido muy negativa. Os solicito que procedáis a realizar la devolución pendiente de forma inmediata, ya que el artículo no ha sido entregado y no existe ningún motivo para seguir retrasando el reembolso. Quedo a la espera de una solución urgente.

Cant cancel order ,becuse it took long time.
I had an issue with my delivery address and I wasn't given a very good response. I did have a response and explanation which was not the person in customer service's fault but the system itself, as I understand it.
