Las políticas de devolución en relación al programa de fidelidad y puntos. Es injusto que se pierda los puntos cuando la talla no vale y lo que se quiere es un cambio por el mismo producto pero por una talla más grande.

Ich wollte den Artikel reklamieren weil er direkt nach dem ersten Mal anprobieren kaputt gegangen ist. Auf diese Anfrage hin habe ich ausschließlich automatisierte Nachrichten bekommen, die betont haben, dass bei einem beschädigten Artikel keine Rückerstattung erfolgen wird. Es hat kein Support auf meine Nachrichten reagiert, auch nicht nachdem ich mehrmals versucht habe Kontakt aufzunehmen.

O serviço ao cliente é péssimo, se quisermos fazer alguma pergunta é tudo automático com respostas pró formes, sei bem que é em todo o lado mas não tem que ser assim ou pelo menos eu não tenho que gostar. Portanto muito dificilmente comprarei outra vez, tirando o facto de ter demorado mais de 1 semana a entrega vindo o produto de França, onde a uns tempos fiz uma encomenda que veio de LA e demorou menos de 1 semana onde tive que esperar mais foi para desalfandegar
